In the request, please specify which meeting, seminar or training you are planning, which rooms and equipment you need, how many participants are expected and add other information you consider important.
We will respond to the request within 48 hours at the latest.
If possible, please inform us of your seminar wish 2 weeks in advance.
The seminar service is not offered between 22.06 and 20.08, i.e. during the peak season of port services.
